I am reading privately a book called "Klimaschmutzlobby" (like climate protection lobby, but the word "protection" swapped with "pollution"). In addition to institutions that actively prevent environmental protection, it also deals with agriculture and crops—for example, plowing releases a lot of CO2 from the soil. So if one renounces plowing, one will save half of CO2. But of course, agricultural machinery manufacturers don't like that.
For me, plowing yesterday was a completely new insight, and therefore I wanted to share it with you.

No, I don't know the documentary yet. i added it to my watchlist. Thanks for the recommendation.
Thanks for sharing this Jana. Have you seen the documentary "Kiss the ground"? They talk about regenerative agriculture and show its benefits. It is not only environmentally friendlier but this approach is also more efficient as more food can be produced which can ensure all people to have enough food. Through reducing plowing, you can increase the diversity and activities. It is incredibly what ground can do. Soil is the key.
