A more tolerant future to all and everybody

Looking 20 years into the future, I would like to see Europe more inclusive, tolerant and progressive. I would like to see the inequality gaps decreasing and achieving full gender equality. I would like to see Europe that would be more open-minded. The first aspect is towards other people - accepting different cultures, religions, race, sexual preferences etc. The other side is to be more caring for the world we live in. I would like to see everyone taking full responsibility to be environmentally friendly, protecting the biodiversity and preserving the nature and its resources rather than exploiting them (starting from individuals, academia, business and governments included). To achieve this, we would be adjusting to a different lifestyle, education and doing business. The future of work will be different - with more freedom, more distance working, shorter working hours, even defining work differently. The mobility as we know it would change - less long-distance travelling, shared economy services.
