In 2040, women can choose to have kids until 55 years old, if their health permits. There is no more so-called biological clock and this is peu a peu changing the whole workforce. Women feel free to work at any age when they're at their best, have more time to study, and can thrive professionally as well as men. This allows the whole society to reconsider work/life but also activity/nonactivity. Parallelly, the minimum revenue is implemented Europe-wide, which helps to reduce the wealth differences between countries. In the end, there is less unemployment, and activity is spread out 50 to 60 years long in a human life, depending on the type of job. Every citizen now works, but works less. It generates enough wealth to keep a European health care system. Slowly European citizens adopt a more frugal life and the happiness gross product is increasing. It creates a climate favorable to more innovation and increases European wealth
