From my point of view, the better future implies more opportunities for young, motivated and talented university graduates in the labour market across Europe. As I have personally experienced, these young people face obstacles to gaining a new working experience in a professional environment. The companies/organisations/institutes should be more open to young people instead of expecting them to have relevant, several years of experience already after their studies graduation. the question is how young, talented and motivated young people can already possess several years of professional experience right after their graduation. Instead, they should get chances to gain a new professional experience to develop their career after studies graduation, shouldn’t they ?
