My professional background is rooted in the HR services industry, where my work entailed the examination of labor market dynamics across diverse geographical contexts, alongside the analysis of workforce related data (both quantitative and qualitative) to identify emerging industry trends that inform business strategy formulation.
I maintain a strong interest in embedding futures thinking methodologies into the design and development of sustainable and regenerative work systems, as well as in shaping adaptive talent ecosystems that evolve with change rather than merely reacting to it.
More recently, I have developed a preoccupation with futures literacy as both a capability and a strategic lens within the field of education, in response to the increasingly acute need to prepare young people to navigate uncertainty and complexity by cultivating anticipatory capacities and the ability to imagine alternative futures.
