Grant Millin

Grant Millin is an imaginative Strategic Innovation consultant adept at supporting leaders and emerging leaders in developing their empathetic genius ethic as Strategy Innovators. Grant is a Strategy Innovator and is founder of StratGen: Management Consulting for Public Good. Having served in the military; as a creative in Commercial Photography and Motion Picture Production; and having invested in his own development of the strategy, innovation, and risk balancing behind the StratGen Strategic Innovation 2.0 Platform, he brings an sophisticated yet simplifying perspective on strategy as art and science. Strategy is the Way. Strategic Thinking and Strategic Management go together. The needed strategic plan; business plan; or other plan or guidance is a product of leadership and that way of doing things originating in a strategy statement and brief.

Grant is one of the few consortium members of GroWNC: the Asheville area Federal Partnership for Sustainable Communities program. He was the NC project manager for the historic Hydrogen Road Tour and produced the Forum on Smart Grid and Hydrogen Technology at Duke University. In part, Grant develops tools like the MRAS Strategy Matrix and the supporting workspaces to help anyone ready to move to sustainability find the best solution (strategy).
