I’m a design strategist and foresight practitioner working at the intersection of higher education, systems change, and collective imagination. Born in Peru and based in Madrid, I help organizations make sense of uncertainty and complexity.

My work focuses on embedding futures thinking into real-world contexts. From developing Peru’s first Future of Learning Radar for a 100,000+ student education ecosystem, to designing programs that build futures literacy in young people, I work across strategy, facilitation, and experimentation to help institutions move from reactive to future-ready.

I’m also the founder of Afterfin, a DeathLab exploring how design can reshape our relationship with mortality, memory, and legacy.

I also serve as part of the Longevity Economy Taskforce at the Center for Financial and Monetary Systems at the World Economic Forum, where I explore the trends and signals shaping the future of aging.

Across everything I do, I'm driven by a deep curiosity for how we navigate complexity and by the belief that better questions, not just better answers, will shape the futures we want to live in.
