Iuliana Adina Apostol

I'm Iuliana Adina Apostol, founder of HeliosTree GmbH (Hannover), a strategic foresight practice built around emotional foresight: eliciting a future as it is felt in the present, and using that felt state as evidence about the future it belongs to. My method is the Resonant Future Self Framework (RFSF), which guides a person into a present-tense, sensory inhabitation of a working day years ahead and treats what surfaces there as data. At the individual level, the response has been measured with EEG, HRV and GSR.

I presented the individual Framework at the Futures4Europe Conference in Vienna (2025), with published work in the IARIA proceedings (Apostol & Schack, 2025). In July 2026 I ran the first pilot of its group adaptation, Felt Futures, at AIMEDIA Nice, and I report the results at Futures4Europe Rome in September 2026. I also co-chair CREATIVE 2026 at AIMEDIA.
