My professional journey began in HardTech and DeepTech entrepreneurship, where I built and scaled complex engineering-driven ventures into market-ready industrial and digital products. This experience shaped my core capability: translating technological complexity into systemic, strategic, and commercially viable impact.

Throughout my career, I have led innovation, R&D, strategy, and transformation programs across multiple sectors, working from early-stage concept development to full-scale strategic execution. Over time, my focus evolved from science and engineering-centered innovation toward systems-level strategic foresight, where technology, organizational design, and future strategy converge.

Today, my work is concentrated on Strategic Foresight, Future Studies, Innovation Creation, and Technology Strategy, supporting organizations in building resilient future architectures through signal-based thinking, scenario design, and systemic innovation roadmaps. I help institutions move beyond reactive transformation toward anticipatory strategy, enabling them not only to adapt to change but also to actively shape the futures of their industries.
