I am Ania Hildebrandt, a strategic designer and researcher with an M.Sc. in Service Systems Design from Aalborg University (Denmark) and a background in Communication and Development. My work operates at the intersection of culture, systems change, and pluriversal design, spanning social innovation initiatives across Latin America and Europe alongside EU-funded research in education innovation. Grounded in ontological design, decolonial practice, and futures thinking-feeling, I approach design as a relational infrastructure that enables conditions for infinite possibilities of transformation. I am driven by the conviction that our interdependent futures must be co-created with intentionality and care: a process rooted in strengthening our capacities of imagination and agency, while honoring the profound interconnection between the individual and the collective.
