I work on how safety is built into everyday systems, and how it breaks down in practice. My work looks at the spaces where people are meant to be protected, included, or supported, and what actually happens when policies, platforms, and institutions meet real lives.

My practice sits across research, strategy, and interpretation. I work on gender, digital life, and public-facing systems, helping organisations surface risk, power, and responsibility rather than treating them as compliance tasks. This often means tracing how decisions made in policy rooms, product teams, or leadership spaces shape what people can safely say, do, or access in daily life.

I am especially drawn to moments of transition. Points where a shift in language, design, or process changes who carries the burden of care, who holds authority, and who is left exposed. In my experience, safety is not built through control alone. It develops when systems make their assumptions visible and their responsibilities shared.

If you are working on systems that shape public and everyday life, and want to move from intention to assurance, I would love to chat!
