I help organizations navigate complexity and change—especially when the stakes are high and the systems are tangled and futures seem confusing.
As a consultant, I support teams in the public and mission-driven sectors to improve services, rethink strategy, and build more human-centered ways of working. My approach combines design research, systems thinking, and facilitation to uncover root challenges, align stakeholders, and co-create actionable solutions for futures.
I’ve worked across healthcare, education, social innovation and environmental fields—helping organizations make sense of what’s happening, clarify where they want to go, and take practical steps forward. Author and lecturer of “STRATEGIC FORSIGHT AND FUTURES DESIGN” course in ERASMUS MUNDUS funded Masters degree program “Service Design and Service Innovations”.
